Without customers we are dead. Without returning customers we are going to be dead a little bit later. The ultimate task for any kind of business is to keep customers! More than that. The ultimate task is to listen to loyal customers, learn from them and make their lives better. If we achieve this, we will acquire new customers anyway.
Studying customers‘ behaviour during last 12 years in retail, gave me the chance to understand how hard is to keep customers. It is not an easy way of doing business, unfortunately the only right one. Customer centricity is an empty phrase if not fulfilled by passion and hard work. Maybe I am an idealist, but I believe this is the right approach.
